Progress continues at pace with our new build scheme on Pipers Lane. The scheme provides a new two storey house on land in Lower Heswall. The site has fantastic views over the River Dee towards Wales and the design of the house maximises this feature by placing the main living accommodation upstairs. The thin joint masonry construction methods used means the site is changing daily. The roof and glazing elements are due in the next few weeks which will really see the project come to life..
