Planning application submitted for cottage renovation in Lower Heswall Conservation Area
This project extends and remodels a 19th Century, category B cottage in the Lower Heswall Conservation Area. We have designed a side and rear single storey extension to provide a more contemporary open plan kitchen and living space with rear terrace and a new detached double garage. This property had been poorly renovated in the 1970’s and much of this project was about reinstating the original detail and proportions worthy of a category B building.

We were delighted to be involved in this exciting project to extend and remodel a 17th century Grade II listed pub in North Wales on the banks of the River Dee, just outside Wrexham. It was great to see the finished scheme at the opening event earlier today and the food was fantastic too!
