We were commission to seek outline planning for a single corner plot, soon after the planning moratorium was lifted. During the design phase we needed to take account of the existing building lines to both the front and side elevations to ensure the position and massing did not adversely alter the existing street scene. We designed a contemporary 3 bed home with open plan living accommodation for modern living, which and was designed to fill the space with as much natural light as possible and provide views over the garden.
